’Nduja Italiano

This month’s burger takes you on a flavour journey to Italy. Inside a bun freshly baked in-house, you’ll find spicy ’nduja salami spread, rich mascarpone-parmesan sauce, a Finnish smash beef patty ground on-site, cheddar cheese, pickled red onion, and fresh arugula.

The ’Nduja Italiano is available throughout August in all our restaurants, excluding event venues. Come and give it a try!

Fresh tastes best, which is why we bake our own buns in the restaurant, every day. It’s also why we ground our own beef and make our fries from fresh potatoes. We work with carefully selected suppliers that we know and trust. We use more than 95% Finnish ingredients.
