Products and ingredients
Most of our products don’t contain pork. Some of our products contain bacon made from Finnish pork. We fry the bacon on the same grill as our beef products.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer halal options.
Our cheddar, american cheddar, and Halla cheese are made from pasteurized milk. The Parmesan cheese we use is not pasteurised. The egg pulp we use in our mayonnaise is made from Finnish eggs and is pasteurised.
Our regular buns contain Finnish eggs, but you can swap the regular bun for a vegan or gluten-free option that doesn’t contain eggs – at no extra charge.
We use eggs for breading our chicken patties and Chicken Fingers. Our Halla products may contain traces of egg if they are fried in the same pan as our chicken products (this varies between restaurants).
Our ketchup, mustard, Chilicreme, and vegan Lemon Aioli do not contain eggs. You can choose to swap your burger’s sauce for any other sauce at no extra charge.
No. None of our current dishes contain nuts or fish. We use sunflower seeds in our salads and vegan patties.
We have gluten-free buns available for all our burgers. We bake them in-house from gluten-free ingredients in a separate room and oven from those we use for our regular buns. We prepare our gluten-free burgers in the same room as our regular burgers, using some of the same equipment. For this reason we can’t guarantee that the final product is completely gluten-free.
Our breaded chicken products, French fries, and vegan burgers are also made from gluten-free ingredients. We pre-fry our breaded chicken products in the same oven as our wheat buns, but not at the same time. Our chicken products don’t touch the oven walls during baking, and we don’t bake them at the same time with products containing gluten.
Our gluten-free buns are made from a gluten-free flour mix (incl. corn starch, rice flour, potato flour, modified potato starch, sugar, thickening agents (guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sodium alginate, pectin), minerals (iron), vitamins (thiamine, niacin, B6, folic acid)), rapeseed oil, potato fibre, yeast, sugar, and salt. We bake our gluten-free buns fresh every day in our own restaurants.
Yes! Our selection includes our vegan vegetable patty, vegan bun, and vegan Lemon Aioli dip. Our Lemon Aioli is usually made from soy milk, but, depending on the restaurant, it may also made from chickpea liquid.
We have a ready-made vegan product, the Vegan burger, on our menu, but you can also create your own by swapping the bun, patty, and mayonnaise of any other burger to a vegan option.
Yes. We always cook our burgers fully to a well-done temperature.
We make our French fries ourselves from whole fresh potatoes, and they don’t contain anything else – only potatoes. We fry them in rapeseed oil and season them with salt.
Yes! Of our fountain sodas, Jaffa Palma doesn’t contain sweeteners. For an extra charge (€1), you can swap your fountain drink for a Friends Lemonade that doesn’t contain any additives and has 30% less sugar than a regular fountain soda. Depending on the restaurant, beverage options may also include fresh juices, juice boxes, and milk.
We use mainly Finnish ingredients – all our meat and fresh vegetables always come from Finland. As far as possible, we also try to make sure our other products are Finnish as well. Depending on the harvest season, the share of our products with Finnish roots is up to 95%.
We always aim to minimize the use of additives in our products. Our beef patties, vegetable patties, breaded chicken products, mayonnaise, French fries, and regular buns, for example, don’t contain any additives.

Regrettably, we don’t accept table reservations from private customers. Groups wishing to pay by invoice can enquire about reservations directly with our restaurants by calling or visiting the restaurant.
Yes! Pets are welcome in our brick-and-mortar restaurants and our locations in shopping centres. Our staff will guide you to a suitable place in the restaurant.

If something went wrong during your visit or with a pickup order, or if you would like to ask us to contact you, please send our Customer Service a message by using our contact form.
In this case, please contact the Customer Service of the partner in question. Since the payment was made on their platform, they will also handle any compensation claims.

Yes. You can pre-order pickup or dine-in meals through our online store hassle-free!
Of course! Although we don’t offer delivery or catering services ourselves, we’re happy to help you with the catering for your party. We recommend placing larger orders in advance through our easy-to-use online store. You can also choose delivery for your order from our partners via our online store, if required.

Yes, we do! We accept them in all our restaurants except at our Nokia Arena and Messukeskus locations.
Gift cards and discounts
You can purchase physical gift cards from our restaurants and digital ones from our gift card store. When purchasing from a restaurant, you can choose the value of your gift card freely. In our gift card store, gift cards are only available at values of €20, €50, and €100. Gift cards cannot be purchased from or used at our Nokia Arena or Messukeskus locations.

We don’t offer a standard student discount, but we do have Student Tuesdays every Tuesday! On Tuesdays, students can enjoy Friends meals at a discounted price of only €12! You can find more information on Student Tuesdays here.
Unfortunately, we don’t.
At lunchtime (weekdays until 2 pm), you get a €1 discount on all our meals except the Kids’ and Chicken Fingers meals. In addition, coffee or tea is included with lunch.
