In the year 2016, we decided to start baking our own buns. Some people thought we were crazy.
They thought it would be too expensive. Sure, equipping every restaurant with its own bakery wasn’t cheap.
They thought it would be too difficult. Maintaining high-quality standards isn’t easy when baking thousands of buns each day.
They thought it would be going too far. Almost no other restaurant bakes their own buns, and very few of our customers actually asked for it.
They all had a point. Why did we do it anyway?
Because we’ve promised that we’d serve the best burgers possible. That is why.
