Let’s talk glutenfree.
We founded Friends & Brgrs to serve amazing burgers to all. From the beginning, we knew we were to have great glutenfree burgers on the menu.
But, when we started exploring the options we were quickly disappointed. Most glutenfree buns were frozen, full of unnatural ingredients, while also being more expensive. This did not feel right.
So we decided to take a different route and developed our own recipe from only natural glutenfree ingredients. We also decided to bake the glutenfree buns as often as possible, in-restaurant, because nothing beats freshly baked buns. Lastly, we decided to not charge extra for it.
