The story of the potato – fries made from scratch
Our fries don’t come from the freezer. They are made in our restaurants from responsibly grown potatoes, primarily produced in Finland. We cut the potatoes by hand just before cooking. This gives them the perfect crispy exterior and soft interior – just the way proper fries should be.
